As stated in our Terms of Service, if you are a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA and will use the Services to process Protected Health Information (PHI), you must notify A9Leads and enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us. PHI will be handled in accordance with the BAA.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Data, including the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data. You may also have the right to object to processing, restrict processing, or request portability of your Personal Data.
